Offset Digital Lapel Pins

Our offset digital lapel pins offer a more customizable option for your lapel pins. The manufacturing process for offset digital pins allows unlimited coloring, gradient and even photo reproduction. We take a photographic negative of your design and transfer it to the surface of your custom-shaped metal pin. We then coat the entire face of the pin with a clear epoxy dome to protect the image. Choose from a number of metal backing types including polished gold metal, polished silver metal, bronze, antique gold and silver or even dyed black nickel metal. If your pin requires gradients, photos, complex designs, or even if you just prefer the printed type of pin, the offset digital option is right for you. Because the offset printing process is a non-vectored raster print type, we do require that all images used for our offset digital pins be at a minimum of 300 dpi per design.
